Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Corrosion rate in 50% boiling sulfuric acid is < 0.01 mm/a, approximately one-thousandth that of 316L stainless steel. Demonstrates superior resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and fluorides.

Low Neutron Absorption Cross-Section: Suitable for nuclear reactor core components, significantly reducing neutron capture within the reactor and improving fuel utilization.

High Melting Point & Elevated Temperature Strength: Melting point ~1855°C, boiling point 4409°C. Can operate short-term above 400°C with good oxidation resistance.

Good Mechanical Strength & Ductility: Tensile strength 380-615 MPa, elongation 16-20%. Maintains certain toughness at high temperatures.

Biocompatibility: Complies with health standards like FDA, widely used in dentistry and implantable medical devices.

Workability: Can be hot-rolled, hot-forged, and cold-worked. Welding requires preheating and post-weld heat treatment to prevent cracking.
